Poster Fish Promotions presents the 28th anniversary screening of Talking Heads concert film ‘Stop Making Sense’ (1984) followed by dj sets from Citizen Partridge and the infamous Ferdia Mac Anna of ‘Rocky de Valera and the Gravediggers’ and ‘The Rhthym Kings’ fame.

The film was first shown in Dublin on March 8th 1985 in the Ambassador Theatre. It went on to become a hugely popular phenomenon which literally transformed the cinema into a dancefloor as punters left their seats and danced/ran around the auditorium. It was screened every weekend for over 4 months in 1986 and has been written about by journalists, writers and music critics ever since.
